If you are a working parent, you will need to open a Government Gateway account through the childcare service (Click here for more information). Your application will be assessed by HMRC who will let you know if you are eligible for Tax-Free Childcare. This can take up to 10 days. You will need to reconfirm that you are still eligible for Tax-Free Childcare every 3 months using your childcare service account.
What are the opening hours?Marc Reilly2020-04-28T17:18:04+00:00
We know that going to day care is a big transition for your child. To help make this process easier for both you and your child we offer a gradual introduction period, allowing your child to meet the staff and become familiar with their new environment. This tends to be 5-6 hours over the week prior to the child starting with us.
This period is cost free.
